After ordering, the buyer and you can contact and communicate from the page "Suivi de commande de l'article"(Status order of the article). To access this page, click on the desired article's number, in the "Toutes mes ventes" (All my sales) section of your account. In case of a major issue with the customer (order not received, damaged item, different from ordered...), the customer will be able to open a claim with the Priceminister's Customer Service, directly from his own "order status". Priceminister's Customer Service will contact you by e-mail (only if necessary) to ask for additional information and will detail precisely how the issue will be dealt with afterwards.
